Am I locked into a contract for an extended period of time?

No, GlassBandit is a month-to-month service. You may cancel at anytime, but please be sure to inform us.

 

When do you pick up?

Curbside pickup is every other week. We are able to coordinate it with trash day for most customers. Please refer to the calendar below for pickup dates.

 

What if I forget to put my bin out on time?

Contact us. We might still be in the area. If not, we can still work something out for you.

 

How do I get a GlassBandit bin?

After you sign up, we will deliver you a bin.

 

How much is a GlassBandit bin?

The bin is free for as long as you are a GlassBandit customer.

 

How big is the bin?

18 gallons.

 

What can I put in the bin?

We accept beverage & condiment bottles, jars, snack containers, and more. Still not sure? See Ripple Glass' guidelines or ask us.

 

What can't I put in the bin?

We do not accept ceramics, light bulbs, laminated window plate glass, mirrors, Pyrex & CorningWare, and plates. Still not sure? See Ripple Glass' guidelines or ask us.

 

Where does my glass go?

It is taken to a designated glass recycling container/facility, (i.e. Ripple Glass). 

 

Couldn’t I just take my glass recyclables to one of those containers myself?

Yes, you can do that, but why would you when you can name your own price for the services provided by GlassBandit?

How does billing work?

We will email you an invoice after you Sign Up for the service. Payments are required to be automatic and you can choose from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or an annual payment schedule.
